Adding a new User

Procedure:

  1. From the left pane (navigation menu), select Settings → Access Management. The Users page displays a list of users

  2. Select the + Add User button in the top right of tab to create a new user. The Add User dialog appears.

  3. Choose option box: Tenant User or External User

  4. Enter the required information in the following fields.

Field

Description

Name

Enter the unique name the user will use to log in to CloudVerse. The value must be unique.

Email Address

Enter the email ID of the user. The value must be unique.

  • Tenant User: email domain cloudverse.ai

  • External User: external email domain

Role

Select the role that you want to assign to this user.

  1. Select Authentication Method: tick the check box Login using SSO if you want to use Single Sign-On method to login into Cloudverse.ai console

  2. Click Add.
