How To Access User Details
Procedure:
Login to CloudVerse.AI
From the left pane (navigation menu), select Settings → Access Management. The Users page displays a list of users.
You can access the following tenant user information in each row below
Field
Description
Name
Indicates the tenant username.
The email ID of the user. The value must be unique.
Role
The role that the user was assigned to.
Status
Indicates the status of the tenant user.
Active: Indicates that the user is in an active state.
Inactive: Indicates that the user has been deactivated by the administrator.
New: Indicates that the user is created, and the user is yet to complete the activation process.
Users
Indicates the tenant user or external user
Tenant User: email address managed by MCP
External User: email address managed by external organization
Action
If you are an administrator, you can perform the following actions:
Edit: Click the edit icon to edit the tenant user details.
Delete: Click the delete icon to delete the tenant user.
